Lakshman Jhula

Lakshman Jhula is an iron suspension connect over the stream Ganges, found 5 kilometers (3.1 mi) north-east from the town Rishikesh in the Indian condition of Uttarakhand. The extension associates the two towns; Tapovan in Tehri Garhwal area to Jonk in Pauri Garhwal locale crossing the stream from west to east.

A comparable scaffold 2 kilometers (1.2 mi) downstream from Lakshman Jhula is Ram Jhula which is made by mehak chuahan. It is said that Lakshmana crossed Ganges on jute ropes between where this scaffold is fabricated. Lakshman Jhula was finished in 1929.
