Har Ki Doon Valley is a support formed hanging valley in the Garhwal Himalayas. It is encompassed by snow-secured crests and high vegetation. It is associated with Baspa Valley by the Borasu Pass.
This valley is at a height of approx 3500m above mean ocean level.
The valley is around 25 km from Taluka. The trek to the valley begins from Taluka town and goes through Gangaad, Osala, and Seema. It is a 2-day trek generally done in two phases. Initially organize is from Taluka to Seema/Osla, and second stage is from Seema/Osla to Har Ki Dun.
