Vijayawada is a city on the banks of the Krishna River, in the Indian condition of Andhra Pradesh. It is a metropolitan organization and the home office of Vijayawada mandal in Krishna region of the state.
The city shapes a piece of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region and the central command of Andhra Pradesh Capital Region Development Authority is situated in the city. The city is one of the significant exchanging and business focuses of the state and consequently, it is otherwise called “The Business Capital of Andhra Pradesh”. The city is one of the two city in the state, with the other being Visakhapatnam.
