Champawat Uttarakhand

Champawat is a town and a Nagar Palika Parishad in Champawat region in the condition of Uttarakhand, India. It is the regulatory central station of Champawat locale. Champawat was once in the past the capital of the Chand administration rulers. 

The Baleshwar Temple worked by the Chand rulers in the twelfth century is a fantastic landmark with superb stone cutting works. Champawat is situated at 29.33°N 80.10°E. It has a normal height of 1,610 meters (5,280 feet).
